You specifically acknowledge and agree that Dunhenry Solutions is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Dunhenry Solutions material, or with any of Dunhenry Solutions's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the StreamK service.
Termination This agreement is effective until terminated by Dunhenry Solutions, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the StreamK service and the restrictions imposed on you with to the StreamK service, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
Other This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You agree that Dunhenry Solutions may access or disclose your personal information, including the content of your communications, if Dunhenry Solutions is required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process or governmental request (such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order). Personal information collected by Dunhenry Solutions may be stored and processed in the United Kingdom or any other country in which Dunhenry Solutions or its agents maintain facilities. By using the Service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside your country.
Dunhenry Solutions will never disclose any of your personal information to any third parties, except in the cases required by law or otherwise, detailed previously. Your personal information will be kept as securely as possible, and with complete discretion.
Use of this service indicates that you have opted in to our mailing list. Dunhenry Solutions understands that some users may not wish to receive mailing list emails. At any time, you, the user may opt-out of the mailing list by sending an email to optout@streamk.com, and this request will be honored. However, Dunhenry Solutions cannot be liable for any delay in processing opt-out requests, or anything resultant of that delay or negligence. Dunhenry Solutions will always try to process requests immediately, but cannot guarantee the timeliness of the response.
Termination As indicated in the Terms & Conditions, Dunhenry Solutions reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice, and without reason. Breach of the agreement will result in immediate termination of your, (the user's) account, along with irretrievable deletion of any files pertaining to you, the user, held on the Dunhenry Solutions server.
Use: The user agrees that they will not infringe upon any copyright laws, defamatory laws, or any laws pertinent to the United Kingdom.
The user agrees that they will not attempt to exploit bugs or a bug in StreamK. The user agrees that they will not attempt to access any information or any area of the site that does not belong to them, or available via a security breach.
Any evidence of hacking, attempts to damage server, not limited to overflow hacks or infinite loop hacks will result in immediate termination of the account in question as well as possible prosecution by United Kingdom law.
Dunhenry Solutions may amend this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion.
Dunhenry Solutions shall retain all rights, title and interest, including, without limitation, ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the StreamK service. You acknowledge and agree that you have not and will not acquire or obtain any intellectual property or other rights, including any right of exploitation, of any kind in or to the StreamK service, including, without limitation, in any account(s), file(s), design(s), code and language structure(s) or other material or property, and that all such property, material and items are exclusively owned by us.
Proper Use. You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Service, for any posts you make and for any consequences thereof. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence and all United Kingdom export control laws.
Much of the content of StreamK.com -- including the contents of specific postings, is provided by and is the responsibility of the person or people who made such postings. Dunhenry Solutions does not monitor the content of StreamK.com and takes no responsibility for such content. Instead, Dunhenry Solutions merely provides access to such content as a service to you.
By their very nature, StreamK.com may carry offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate material or in some cases, postings that have been mislabelled or are otherwise deceptive. We expect that you will use caution and common sense and exercise proper judgement when using StreamK.com.
